Hasselblad 500EL (10065) - Camera
Manual focus V series 120 SLR camera released by Hasselblad in 1965. Although the camera is a completely new design, it is, generally speaking, a motorized 500C. The motor allowed the camera to do sequence photography and unattended documentation photography. This was also the camera used by NASA on the Apollo 11 mission to photograph the moon and Earth. The camera uses a unique Ni-Cad battery made up of two 1.2-volt Ni-Cad cells connected in a plastic sleeve to deliver 6 volts. Like the 500C, the focusing screen is not user-interchangeable. Metal and plastic body available in silver.
