The paint is no longer original and has been "enhanced" with white numbers that are not original. The infinity lock is broken and the lens mount has been replaced with one that resembles nickel. The lens shows many signs of poor quality repair inside, which thankfully do not extend to the optics. It's very, very worn but has a unique story that can't be easily traced, even by professional Leica scholars. For better or worse, this lens is one-of-a-kind! At least now it works well and can take great photos!
