
Leica M7 (0.72x) (Silver, 10504) - Camera
Manual focus M-mount 35mm rangefinder camera introduced by Leica in 2002. The M7 is similar to the M6 in appearance, but it added an electronic shutter control with automatic aperture priority. It has a circuit breaker switch around the shutter release button that also acts as a safety catch for the button itself. It was available in three configurations: a 0.72x viewfinder (framelines for 28/90mm, 35/135mm, and 50/75mm), a 0.58x viewfinder (framelines for 28/90mm, 35mm, and 50/75mm), and a 0.85x viewfinder (framelines for 35/135mm, 50/75mm, and 90mm). The 0.72x was available in black and silver, while the 0.58x and 0.85x were available in black only. The camera uses two CR1/3N lithium batteries. Metal body available in silver (10504).
